For security purposes, if you fail to access your Electronic Banking account within 180 days, you will be required to enroll as a First Time User.

 Change Password

For your protection, beginning October 30, 2015, First Choice Bank will be enhancing customer security by requiring that our internet and mobile banking customers change their password every three months. On this date, if your password has not been changed in the last three months, you will be prompted to reset your password when logging in. We recommend strong passwords that go beyond "names, birthdays, 12345, etc." In the event you feel like your password has been compromised, our website offers the ability to reset a password at anytime by using the OPTIONS tab after signing in.

First Choice Bank offers consumers multiple layers of security protection against fraud, including Visa's Zero Liability policy, the cardholders' ultimate protection.  With Zero Liability, consumers are not responsible for any unauthorized purchases made with their Visa cards. Security breaches have become more commonplace in the card industry. You, the consumer, are not liable for credit or debit card fraud. Here are a few standards for protecting and maintaining card date:

  • Review your account activity frequently - either online or over the phone - and immediately report any suspicious card activity back to the bank.
  • Regularly check your credit report for incorrect information. You are entitled to one free copy of your credit report every year at or by calling 1-877-322-8228.
  • Shop with merchants you know. If a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.
  • Destroy all receipts before discarding them since some of them may have your card number reprinted on them.
  • Guard your card - do not use it as collateral or give out your card number to someone calling on the phone, unless you initiated the call for a purchase.



First Choice Bank does not send out "Free Messages" or any other messages from a Fraud Department. These messages are fraudulent. Please DO NOT RESPOND to them. If you receive any of these messages, please contact our Account Services or our Audit Department at 662-489-1631.
